In a recent episode of The Osbournes Podcast, legendary heavy metal musician Ozzy Osbourne, 75, offered an apology to Britney Spears after his comments about her dancing skills drew ire.
"I'm so sorry for making that," Osbourne said, referring to his earlier criticism of Spears' dance videos.
Despite his apology, Osbourne couldn't resist adding a bit of constructive criticism. "I think she's a great dancer," he said, "but I just think she needs to work on her technique a little bit. Her timing is a little off."
Osbourne's comments come after Spears expressed frustration with his previous remarks. In a since-deleted Instagram post, Spears accused Osbourne of being a "bully" and said his comments had "hurt her feelings."
Whether or not Spears appreciates Osbourne's feedback remains to be seen. However, his apology is a testament to the power of accountability and the importance of owning up to one's mistakes.
